Mangaluru: St Joseph Engineering College(SJEC), Vamanjoor students exhibit excellent performance in VTU State Level Karate Championship organised by RVCA, Bengaluru on 11 & 12 September 2026. The teams showcased remarkable skill and determination under the guidance of Vaneesha V Rodrigues, Physical Education Director (PED) and Sudheer, Assistant PED.

- Bhuvi G.S – III Sem MBA – 1stplace in Below 55 kg Kumite & 3rd place in Kata
- Roncia Gwyneth Lobo – I year ECE – 1st place in Below 61 kg Kumite
- Chinmay Keshava Poojary – I year VLSI – 2nd place in Below 67 kg Kumite
- Mohammed Yusha – I year CSE – 3rd place in Below 75 kg Kumite
