The St Aloysius College Alumni Association (SACAA) has been a strong pillar of support to the institution and a catalyst in its continued progress. After successfully instituting the “Eminent Aloysian Awards” to honour distinguished alumni, SACAA launched the “Aloysian Youth ICON” Award in 2023 to recognize young achievers who have carved a niche for themselves in diverse fields and to inspire students through their exemplary journeys.
The Aloysian Youth ICON – 2026 programme was successfully conducted on Monday, 16 February 2026 at 3:00 PM at L F Rasquinha Hall, LCRI Block, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. Capt. Patrick Pais, Convener of Youth Icon 2026, who was also present on the dais. The dignitaries on the dais included Rev FrMelwin Pinto SJ, Rector of St Aloysius Institutions;RevDrPraveen Martis SJ, Vice Chancellor of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University); Anil Kumar, President of SACAA; Conrad Nazareth, Secretary of SACAA; and Fr Clifford, Principal of St Aloysius PU College.
