Delhi, Feb 11: Indian Railways has launched its official ‘all-in-one’ super app ‘RailOne’. It provides an easy and convenient digital platform for passengers to avail multiple railway services. The app has integrated several passenger facilities in a single app, making rail travel smarter, faster and hassle-free.
Through the RailOne app, passengers can book reserved tickets, unreserved tickets, platform tickets and season tickets. Along with this, the app offers many advanced features including train search, PNR status, coach details and real-time tracking of train location. The digital ticket booking facility helps passengers avoid long queues at ticket counters, especially during peak hours.
Passengers booking unreserved tickets through the RailOne app will get a 3% discount on all digital payment methods. This discount is applicable on unreserved ticket bookings made using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other digital payment options on the RailOne platform. This offer is effective from 14th January 2026 and encourages passengers to adopt digital ticketing and enjoy a seamless travel experience.
The RailOne app is available for free on Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Passengers are encouraged to download the app and avail its user-friendly features and exclusive benefits.
Season ticket booking, renewal and new user registration on the UTS app have already been discontinued.
Platform ticket booking and R-Wallet top-up facilities have also been discontinued. However, the app will remain available on the App Store for the time being.
Users who update or download the latest version of the UTS app will not be allowed to book platform tickets or recharge R-Wallet.
Passengers are advised to switch to the RailOne app to book unreserved tickets and avail related passenger services. Indian Railways is always committed to enhancing passenger convenience through digital initiatives and innovative technology solutions.
