He was a person from Poona, who was well settled with his family. He had a well established business. He had a beautiful and a satisfied family with 2 sons. It was something like one kind of divine like another....... Day by day something made Balu very stressful. He was mentally upset. Even after giving a lot of treatment his illness became more. Many a times he went leaving the house and was not returning. He used to stay either in his friends or relatives house.

It is about a year ago he went from his house as usual.. His wife thought that he might have gone to relative’s house and will return soon. But when he didn't return even after 2days they started searching for him everywhere they complained with the police but there was no clue about him.

This Feburary 2019 a person with long hair and beard was roaming at Thalapadi. The surrounding people were very much tortured by that person. He was shouting badly and was attacking the people. His mental state was out of control. Sometimes he was eating from the dustbin that was kept in the hotel and he was sleeping in the bus stand. Brother Joseph Crasta the founder of Snehalaya got the news on February 21. He left along with his volunteers to the place. He was found with long hair and dirt on his body and was stinking badly. They brought him cleaned his body , his haircut was done and hoe him food and allowed him to take rest. After 2 days he became calm and was admitted to the Yenapoya hospital Mangalore.. After giving 20 days of treatment his mental state came to control. Then living at Snehalaya doing everyday activities living together he was able to come over his illness and became proper. He realized he was from Maharashtra...

When he became completely alright he was sent to Center for Mental Retardation Disorders Mumbai. From there the volunteers searched about Balus’ address and sent him to his Poona's house. The volunteers said that His wife and children were in Seventh Heaven When they saw him....
