Mumbai, Aug 05: Famous villain Pradeep Rawat passed away yesterday. Pradeep Rawat, who played the villain in many films including Kannada’s `Gaja’ and Tamil’s `Ghajini’, was 74 years old.
He had been suffering from cancer for several months and breathed his last after treatment failed. This information was shared by his co-star Yashpal Sharma on social media.
Our ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Lagaan’ Deva Pradeep Rawat is no longer with us. May God rest his soul,’ Yashpal Sharma wrote in an Instagram post and expressed his condolences.
Initially, he was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai and was treated, but was later shifted to another hospital. He died there due to ineffective treatment.
