Mangaluru: Raveesh Kote and Arushi Severin Helen D’Silva, students of St Aloysius Pre-University College, Mangaluru, secured first place in the Boys’ and Girls’ categories, respectively, at the District-Level Chess Tournament organised by the Department of School Education (Pre-University), held at Paduva Pre-University College, Mangaluru. Following their outstanding performances, both students have been selected to represent Dakshina Kannada district at the State-Level Chess Tournament to be held in Hassan.
The Management, Principal and staff of St Aloysius Pre-University College congratulated the students on their remarkable achievement and wished them success at the state-level tournament.
