SJEC Women’s Football team secured Runners up trophy in VTU State Level Women’s Football Tournament

Mangalore: SJEC Women’s Football team participated and secured the Runner-up trophy in VTU State Level Women’s Football Tournament held at NIE Mysuru on 11 April 2026.

The teams showcased remarkable skill and determination under the guidance of Vaneesha V Rodrigues, Physical Education Director (PED), and Sudheer, Assistant PED.

The winning squads featured talented players from UG programs:

Ashline Dsouza (8^th Sem AIML), Viola D’Souza (8^th Sem CSE), Sweedal Grace Pinto (8^th Sem CSDS), Sushritha (8^th Sem ECE), Ashika M R & Divija M G (8^th Sem EEE), Reola Stefi Mendonca (6^th Sem CSBS), Rakshitha K (6^th Sem ECE), Dhrathi (5^th Sem ME), Akshaya R Malli & Brahmi (4^th Sem CSDS), Annal Esha Noronha (4^th Sem EEE), Rachitha M N (4^th Sem CSE), Jashmitha P N (2^nd Sem CSE)and Nisha Rai (2^nd Sem ECE).
