Bengaluru: A fire broke out in a private school in Visvesvaraya Layout, Jnanabharati Nagar, Bengaluru today, gutting the entire floor.
A fire broke out in the auditorium on the 5th floor of Kausalya School, a private school under the Jnanabharati Nagar police station limits, and the fire spread rapidly, engulfing the entire floor. As a result, thick black smoke billowed into the sky.
Firefighters rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident and are struggling to douse the fire. It is suspected that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit.
However, it is understood that the children were on holiday due to the school year not yet starting, and some of the staff who were there came out after the fire broke out, and fortunately there were no casualties.
