Mangaluru: The new residential complex ‘Laxmi Govind’, constructed by the reputed Land Trades Builders and Developers in Kadri, Mangaluru, was inaugurated on Sunday.
Inaugurating the new residential project, MLA Vedavyas Kamath said that Land Trades owner K. Shrinath Hebbar had constructed the ‘Laxmi Govind’ residential complex in a beautiful environment. He said that Shrinath Hebbar had developed similar residential projects in different parts of the city for the people of Mangaluru. Shrinath is well known for quality commercial and residential apartment construction and those who have purchased homes from him are satisfied, he said.
He said that, after Bengaluru, Mangaluru is at the forefront of urban development and that entrepreneurs have made a significant contribution to the development of the city. The Mangaluru City Corporation has provided regulations supportive of such development, he added.
Former mayors M. Shashidhar Hegde and Bhaskar K., former deputy mayor Lancelot Pinto, former corporators Manohar Shetty and Ashok D.K., CA Satish Kamath and Vidya Kamath, the landowners of the ‘Laxmi Govind’ residential complex, were present. Land Trades Proprietor K. Shrinath Hebbar felicitated the distinguished guests. Mahesh Nayak compered the programme.
Modern amenities: The Vastu-based building provides several modern amenities. Quick construction
The project marks another milestone for Land Trades, which has 35 years of experience in the real estate sector. Construction of the Ground +5-storey building commenced with the Bhoomi Pooja on October 16, 2024, and was completed in just two years. The project, developed on a total of 27 cents of land, comprises 25 apartments, including 2 and 3 BHK units, and has received a good response from customers, according to company sources.
