Mangaluru: A heartbreaking incident has been reported in which a five-year-old girl Chiranvi died after a tree fell on the bus of Kalladka Srirama School near Barimaru in Mani, Bantwal taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.
In this tragedy, five-year-old Chiranvi, who was studying in UKG at Srirama School in Kalladka, lost her life and two other children were seriously injured.
A huge tree accidentally fell on the school bus that was taking the children home after finishing school. Immediately after the tree fell, three children were seriously injured and steps were taken to immediately take them to the hospital.
An attempt was made to take the seriously injured Chiranvi to Puttur Hospital in an auto. However, doctors said that Chiranvi breathed her last on the way before reaching the hospital. The other two children who were injured in this tragedy are currently undergoing treatment in the hospital and their condition is also reported to be serious.
The police have visited the scene of the incident and conducted a thorough inspection. This heartbreaking incident has caused sadness among the locals.
