Kannada director Joe Siman, who breathed his last at the Film Chamber of Commerce, is no more

Bengaluru: Actor and director Joe Siman, who loved cinema and made cinema his life, has passed away. He was 80 years old.

He died of a heart attack at the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce. Film Chamber members brought Mallige, who was nearby, to the hospital.

The wonderful director of Kannada cinema, Joe Siman, was 80 years old. The director who gave actor Vishnuvardhan the title of Sahaja Simha is no more. He has given hit movies including Sahaja Simha, Agent Amar in Hong Kong, Simha Jodi, Sneha Kadalali, Ravi Varma, and Urige Upkaari. Vishnuvardhan was Ambareesh’s favorite director.

Vishnuvardhan and Joe Siman had done many movies together. Many people wrote letters saying that these two should not do a movie together. There were also many who hated them. In general, there were people who hated Vishnu and Simon.

Without being embarrassed, ‘Pushpa’ director Sukumar said that Kannada directors’ movies are my inspiration.

Vishnu likes to see Simon very much. Simon also likes to see Vishnu. Vishnu cried when Simon’s mother died, and after that, he cried even when he knew that Simon would be in danger. Simon said that he would never forget this.
