Puttur: Ranjith R, a III B.A. student of St Philomena College (Autonomous), Puttur, brought laurels to his institution by securing a silver medal at the Mangalore University Inter-College Powerlifting Championship.
The championship was held at the School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya recently where participants from various affiliated colleges competed, showcasing strength and athletic excellence.
Ranjith’s commendable performance earned him second place, reflecting his dedication, discipline, and rigorous training in the sport of powerlifting. His achievement has added to the growing list of sporting accomplishments of the college.
