Kodagu: Film and television actor Harish (40) died tragically in a horrific road accident that occurred late last night near the Anekad forest area of Kushalnagar taluk in Kodagu district.

The horrific accident occurred near Anekad on National Highway 275. Harish was going to his hometown Hoskote from Kushalnagar late last night after finishing work. At that time, the car hit a tanker parked on the side of the road at high speed. The car was completely crushed due to the force of the collision with the tanker, and Harish breathed his last on the spot.

The late Harish was a multi-faceted talent. Along with his career, he had also acted in many Kannada films as an artist and in popular television serials.
Police visit the spot
As soon as the information about the accident came to light, the Kushalnagar Rural Police Station visited the spot and conducted an investigation. A case has been registered in connection with the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
