Gujarat: A Shocking Case in Rajkot were man of the house lets the owner to rape his wife and daughter.
Over not able to pay the Rs.2000 rent, a man allegedly allowed his landlord and a relative to rape his wife and his 13-year-old daughter. Wife’s mother lodged complaint on May 1.
The family had come to Morbi 6 months back for work, they lived in rented apartment. Husband’s business did not work well which piled up the rent owed. with the consent of husband, accused landlord raped the complainant’s granddaughter and daughter repeatedly at his own house, at the rented house and in Tankara. The landlord’s relative allegedly raped the complainant’s daughter.
Complaint registered against the landlord and relative of the landlord under various sections of the BNS and Pocso Act at Morbi City A Division police station.
