Bengaluru, Oct 22: Actress Ramya has leveled allegations against ‘Fun World’ via a tweet, claiming that firecrackers were burst late at night. However, the management of Fun World has dismissed these allegations.
Surya, the manager and person-in-charge at Fun World, issued a statement regarding the matter: “Fun World is not open at the time Ramya mentioned. All activities conclude between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We do not permit firecrackers of any kind on the premises. Furthermore, the bags of all visitors are thoroughly checked upon entry.”
“There is a police station right next door; they would certainly notice if anything untoward were happening. Anyone is welcome to come and inspect our CCTV footage.”
“It is possible that Ramya posted this based on incorrect information. Every year, the Dasara festival is celebrated in the area opposite our facility; perhaps firecrackers were burst there. She may have mistaken that for an incident at our venue. We are making a polite request: you have received incorrect information—please remove the tweet,” Surya stated.
