Mumbai, April 22: A video of a woman stuck in a traffic jam on Thursday, lashing out at Maharashtra Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan and local police, has gone viral.

The woman came into direct conflict with the minister during a protest rally organised by the ruling Mahayuti alliance BJP in Maharashtra. The protest was organised targeting the Congress and other opposition parties in the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance. The rally was being held in Mumbai’s Worli area on Tuesday under the leadership of Minister Girish Mahajan.
The rally had caused a traffic jam. The woman, who was enraged by this, stopped the minister and scolded him. The enraged woman stopped the minister and shouted, “Get out of the traffic jam, you are the one who caused it.”
‘Get out of here.. you are causing a traffic jam,’ the woman shouted loudly. Instead of obstructing traffic like this, can’t you hold a rally in an open field nearby?’ she asked.
Mahajan tried to pacify the woman. The woman, who did not give in to this, said, ‘Don’t you understand? What’s wrong with you?’ He attacked her again, saying that hundreds of people are waiting. When a police officer intervened, the woman refused to speak and demanded that no one should talk to her.
A woman who had driven her car to pick up her child from school got stuck in the traffic jam caused by the rally for several hours. At this point, the woman, losing patience, got out of the vehicle and went into the middle of the footpath and got into an argument with Mahajan.
