Panchkula: In a shocking incident at a school in Haryana, a third-grade boy has brutally assaulted a young girl studying in LKG, using a stone and a flower pot.
Disturbingly, even after the girl lost consciousness, the boy continued the assault—banging her head against the floor and dragging her by her hair across the school premises. The girl, who sustained serious injuries, has been admitted to a hospital; her condition is currently reported to be critical.
The incident took place at the Sanskriti Model School in Panchkula, Haryana. The third-grade boy first attacked the girl with stones, then picked up a flower pot and struck her head with it. He subsequently took her into an empty classroom and continued the assault, reportedly banging her head repeatedly against the floor.
The boy’s violence did not cease even after the girl lost consciousness; he grabbed her by her hair and dragged her across the school grounds. CCTV footage of the incident is now going viral. According to sources, a boy took the girl to the first floor of the school building, leading her to believe that he would arrange a meeting with her father. It is alleged that once they reached there, he began assaulting her.
Following the incident, the severely injured girl was admitted to the Civil Hospital in Sector 6, Panchkula. After providing initial treatment, doctors—considering the severity of her injuries—referred her to the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh for further care. It is reported that her condition is currently critical.
