New Delhi: Drone attack on oil tanker of Oman coast, Indian crew member killed

New Delhi, Mar 03: Iran has retaliated to the joint Israeli-American attack, and an Indian crew member has been killed in an attack on an oil tanker in Oman.

Information has been received from Oman about the attack on the oil tanker, and Iran has attacked an oil tanker near the Sultan Qaboos port. Oman has confirmed that an Indian has been killed in this. Videos of this are also circulating.

In response to the US and Israeli attacks, Iran is attacking US military bases, and Iran has also attacked Oman. An Indian crew member has died in an explosion that occurred as a result of an unmanned drone hitting an oil tanker off the coast of Oman.

This is the first Indian death in the Iran-Israel war. The attack caused a fire and all the crew on the ship had to be evacuated. However, sources said that one Indian was killed in the tragedy.

An Indian sailor was killed when a bomb-laden drone hit a Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman on Monday, media reports quoted Omani officials as saying.

The attack took place near Muscat and the vessel, identified as MKD VYOM, was damaged in the attack. Officials confirmed that the deceased crew member was an Indian national, raising fresh concerns about maritime security in the busy regional shipping corridor.
